Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant to join an international SAP transformation program supporting both SAP ECC (R/3) and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments. The consultant will play a key role in the design and implementation of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, with a particular focus on billing, eInvoicing, and localization requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional SAP SD expertise with experience integrating eInvoicing solutions and collaborating with technical teams on interfaces and compliance requirements.
 

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions across SAP ECC (R/3) and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
  • Drive the implementation of eInvoicing solutions, ensuring compliance with country-specific legal and tax requirements.
  • Design and support integrations between SAP and external eInvoicing platforms using interfaces and middleware.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Support solution design workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams, including FI, MM, and integration specialists.
  • Provide functional guidance during system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience.
  • Strong expertise in the SAP SD Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, particularly: Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Invoicing, Pricing
  • Proven experience implementing eInvoicing solutions, including:
    – Electronic invoice interfaces
    – Legal and localization requirements
    – Integration with external tax/eInvoicing platforms
  • Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.
  • Experience supporting or migrating SAP ECC (R/3) environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integrations, interfaces, IDocs, APIs, middleware, and data mapping.
  • Experience working in international implementation or transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.

 
Nice to Have:

  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with multiple country localization and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or other SAP integration technologies.
  • Experience in greenfield S/4HANA implementations or ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
