Role: Senior Workday Extend Consultant
Project: International Workday Transformation Program
Contract: 01/09/2026 – 31/12/2026
Location: Fully Remote
Language: English (required)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Workday Extend.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional, integration, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance Workday Extend applications across implementation and AMS.
  • Support issue resolution, technical design, code reviews, and solution architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and governance.
  • Support testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), production deployments, documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Extend development and implementation.
  • Workday Extend Certification preferred.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday Extend applications.
  • Strong understanding of Workday architecture, platform capabilities, and integrations.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently within international, distributed teams.

 

Alternative Profile

  • Senior Workday Integration Consultant with strong Workday integration experience.
  • Solid understanding of the Workday ecosystem and integration architecture.
  • Experience collaborating across functional and technical teams on complex Workday implementations.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AMS or production support environments.
  • Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday integration frameworks.
  • Experience with testing, deployments, release management, and post-go-live support.
  • Exposure to global or multi-country Workday programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
