For a Pharma client, we are looking for a Business Analyst with Senior ERP Transformation Consultant with SAP/ERP implementation experience, strong knowledge of P2P, O2C and Supply Chain processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to analyze process interdependencies and assess their impact on ERP transformation programs.

Role responsibilities:

• Discussion processes with senior stakeholders
• Analyze them and map interdependencies
• Highlight how these interdependencies could impact the current ERP implementation

Required skills and experience:

• ERP transformation, if possible SAP implementation experience
• Strong understanding of E2E processes (P2P, OTC, Supply Chain processes
• Analytical skills
• Strong PMO skills for reporting
• Bonus point for automation/ AI agents building
• Fluent English
