Scope:

You will take ownership of the following core processes within the R2R workstream:

• Project Cost Planning – planning and controlling project costs in CO.
• Project Revenue Planning – revenue planning and forecasting.
• Budget Planning, Release & Transfer – project budget management in CO.
• Internal Activity Allocation – allocation of internal activities and costs.
• Revenue Recognition / Percentage of Completion (POC) – configuration and support of revenue recognition processes in SAP PS.
• Results Analysis & WIP Calculation – project results analysis and Work in Progress calculation.
• Overhead Calculation & Assessment – project-related overhead allocation and assessment.
• Settlement – settlement of project costs and revenues to CO, FI, Assets, and CO-PA.
• Margin Analysis – project profitability and margin reporting.
• Project Close & Post-Project Review – supporting project closing and analysis of project performance.

Additional Scope

Beyond the core R2R activities, you will collaborate with other workstreams on:

Project Structuring

• WBS elements
• Networks and Activities
• Milestones
• Project templates
• Project structures and scheduling

Project Billing & Revenue

• Sales Order assignment
• Customer invoicing
• Down-payment processing
• Integration between PS, SD, and FI

Project Monitoring

• Cost, budget, and variance reporting
• Project progress confirmation
• Status management, including TECO
• Project performance monitoring

Procurement Integration

• Integration with procurement processes
• Goods Receipts against WBS elements
• Invoice Verification against WBS
• Collaboration with the P2P workstream

Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP PS configuration and consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in Revenue Recognition / Percentage of Completion (POC).
• Strong SAP CO knowledge, particularly:
  • Cost planning
  • Results analysis
  • WIP
  • Settlement
  • CO-PA
• Proven experience with Networks, Activities, Milestones, and project scheduling.
• Experience supporting period-end closing for project-based organisations, such as engineering, construction, professional services, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and controlling processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear SAP functional designs and solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Languages

• Polish – fluent, both business and technical communication.
• English – fluent, both business and technical communication.
