Key responsibilities:

• Analyse HR business processes and identify optimization and digital transformation opportunities.
• Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design future-state HR processes aligned with SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
• Produce key project documentation, including BRDs, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, User Stories, and Gap Analysis.
• Act as the liaison between business users, SAP consultants, and technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops, support solution design, and ensure successful HR process integration.
• Assess business impacts, risks, and project dependencies.
• Support UAT preparation, defect analysis, business validation, and continuous process improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to project governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive Business Analyst experience in HR transformation or SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management (mandatory), Employee Central, and Employee Central Time Off.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and process modelling (BPMN or similar).
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Nice to Have:

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• Experience with global HR transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of HR operations and workforce management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration projects.
• Familiarity with change management and business transformation methodologies.
