Job details:

• Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant
• 0,5 FTE
• Remote
• Duration: September 2026 – April 2027

Scope:

• Lead the Employee Central workstream and act as the main client-facing consultant.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report the rollout progress.
• Lead business and design workshops with the customer.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend the best solution approach.
• Identify which existing Employee Central configuration should be retrofitted for the new rollout.
• Lead data migration activities related to Employee Central.
• Drive discussions around the Employee Central platform and overall solution design.
• Support interface design, review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and prepare less complex FSDs when required.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams throughout the project.

Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Previous experience leading Employee Central rollout or implementation projects.
• Experience facilitating customer workshops and managing stakeholder communication.
• Solid knowledge of Fit-Gap analysis and data migration.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI or MuleSoft is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing Lead Consultant role.
