• Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant
• 0,5 FTE
• Remote
• Duration: September 2026 – April 2027

Scope:

The project includes the following SuccessFactors modules:

• Recruiting (REC)
• Onboarding (ONB)
• Performance & Goals (PM/GM)
• Compensation (COMP)
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Act as the main client-facing consultant for the Talent Management workstream.
• Lead workshops and demonstrate the capabilities of the implemented Talent modules.
• Advise business stakeholders on how the existing solution can best support the new legal entities.
• Identify configuration adjustments required for the rollout.
• Define and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and XML-based configuration where needed.
• Update project documentation, including workbooks, SOPs, and related deliverables.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure a successful rollout.

Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
• Experience with several of the following modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
• Previous experience leading workshops and presenting solutions to business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Experience with XML configuration is highly desirable.
• Previous rollout or multi-country implementation experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a client-facing Lead Consultant role.
