• Role: Senior AI Engineer (GenAI / Agentic AI)

Scope:

• Architect and build autonomous multi-agent systems that reason, plan, and execute complex business workflows end-to-end
• Select and orchestrate the right models (commercial and open-source) per use case
• Design the data backbone for agentic solutions: embeddings pipelines, vector DBs, hybrid search, RAG
• Build secure integrations connecting agents to corporate databases, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Own the full production lifecycle: cloud deployment with enterprise-grade observability, monitoring, security, and Responsible AI guardrails
• Lead technical delivery alongside consultants and cross-functional teams; mentor junior engineers

Skills:

• 6 years commercial experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering
• 2–3 years hands-on with LLMs / Generative AI
• Strong Python; solid SQL
• Proven track record of building and delivering agentic AI solutions in a commercial setting
• Deep understanding of agentic architecture patterns — able to evaluate trade-offs and guide technical direction
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, chunking strategies, embedding optimization
• Practical knowledge of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, ADK) and integration protocols
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP); containerization and API tooling (Docker, FastAPI)
• Daily proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar)
• English B2+/C1
