• Role: SAP Data Migration Lead

Scope:

• Defining governance frameworks,
• Managing templates and transformation rules,
• Overseeing data cleansing, and conducting pre/post-load validations and migration testing.
• The position collaborates with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with best practices, project timelines, and regulatory requirements, enabling smooth cutover and operational readiness.

Skills:

• Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably in SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance, mapping, and transformation methodologies.
• Expertise in SAP data structures and migration tools.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data quality management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for data.
