• Location: 1 day per week in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra. Full remote possible only for Spain based candidates.

Scope:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Consultant to join our team for a full-time contract engagement. In this role, you will lead and deliver end-to-end Time Off implementations, working closely with key stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy tailored leave and absence management solutions.

Responsabilities:

• Drive full lifecycle implementations of the SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops with client HR/business stakeholders to gather leave, policy, and absence management requirements; translate these into scalable SF Time Off functional specifications.
• Configure Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Absence Types, Time Profiles, and Work Schedules.
• Set up complex Business Rules, workflows, permission roles (RBP), and approval processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between SF Time Off, Employee Central (EC), SF Time Tracking, and down-stream Payroll systems (e.g., ECP or 3rd-party payroll).
• Lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage cutover activities, data migration, and initial balance loads.
• Provide hypercare support, issue resolution, and system optimization post-implementation, alongside training/documentation for client administrators.

Skills required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Proven hands-on delivery of at least 3 complete end-to-end (E2E) SAP SF Time Off implementations.
• Technical Expertise:
  – Deep functional and technical knowledge of the SAP SF Time Off architecture.
  – Proficiency in building complex SAP SF Business Rules and managing localized leave policies.
• English is a must, Portuguese nice to have.
