We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Data Migration Lead to manage the data migration workstream for a large SAP transformation project.

You will be responsible for the migration strategy, data mapping, transformation, validation, testing and coordination between business, functional and technical teams.
 

Scope:

• Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud data migration workstream.
• Define migration strategy, scope, plans and timelines.
• Manage Master Data and Transactional Data migration.
• Assess legacy data from Microsoft Dynamics AX and CarLo TMS.
• Define source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
• Manage mapping and transformation repositories.
• Work with SAP teams across FI, CO, MM, SD, Projects, Asset Accounting and Real Estate.
• Lead data mapping and business workshops.
• Coordinate SAP Migration Cockpit templates and migration activities.
• Support data cleansing, validation, SIT, UAT, cutover and Go-Live.
• Manage migration risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide regular updates to project management and stakeholders.

Skills:

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Data Migration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Strong source-to-target mapping and transformation experience.
• Experience with Master and Transactional Data migration.
• Good understanding of SAP data structures and migration objects.
• Experience working with SAP FI, CO, MM and SD.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading workshops and migration activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic SQL.
• Experience working with legacy ERP data.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Dynamics AX experience.
• CarLo TMS experience.
• SAP Migration APIs.
• ETL and data integration knowledge.
• XML / CSV and staging tables.
• Experience with SAP Business Partner migration.
