• Role: SAP Successfactors Time Off Consultant
• Location: 1 day per week in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra. Full remote possible only for Spain based candidates.

Scope:

We are seeking a proactive and autonomous SAP HCM Consultant (3–4 years of experience) specializing in Spanish Payroll (PY-ES) or Portuguese Payroll (PY-PT), alongside core PA/OM modules. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll configurations, support client deliverables independently, and mentor junior team members.

Responsabilities:

• Maintain and configure SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) structures.
• Support and maintain PY-ES (Spanish Payroll) or PY-PT (Portuguese Payroll) routines, payroll schemas, personnel calculation rules (PCRs), and localization settings.
• Take full ownership of daily tasks, issue resolution, and project deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Train, support, and guide junior team members to upskill the team and ensure smooth operational support.
• Perform data analysis and reconciliation using advanced spreadsheet formulas and payroll logic.

Skills required:

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM consulting.
• Technical Expertise:
  – Solid practical knowledge of PA and OM.
  – Functional expertise in PY-ES (Spanish Payroll) or, alternatively, PY-PT (Portuguese Payroll).
  – Good Maths skills. Good Excel technical skills and some Knowledge of a programing (or pseudo-programing) is recommendable
• English is a must, Portuguese nice to have.
