• Role: iCIMS Administrator
• Full-time
• Location: Poland.
• Exact office / hybrid / remote arrangement and required office days by default 2 days per week or less based on indivial agreements

• End: 31/12/2026

Scope:

• Join the existing live iCIMS scope and complete KT: shadowing, reverse shadowing and readiness validation.
• Run day-to-day iCIMS administration, configuration and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot L3 incidents/defects, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate fixes and validate outcomes.
• Support integrations, data flows, interface monitoring, data quality and reporting.
• Maintain structured documentation, workbooks, support procedures, release/change records and knowledge articles.
• Support testing, release readiness, release communication and change tracking.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR/IT stakeholders, iCIMS/external vendors and Accenture AMS.
• Deliver pragmatic continuous improvements and escalate specialist topics to senior/AMS support when needed.

Skills:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with iCIMS or a comparable ATS; iCIMS administration strongly preferred.
• Strong Talent Acquisition process knowledge from requisition creation through hire / onboarding handover.
• Hands-on ATS administration and configuration: workflows, forms, fields, templates, candidate pipelines/statuses, notifications, roles and access rights.
• System maintenance, enhancement and technical troubleshooting / L3 incident handling.
• Integration and data-flow understanding; interface monitoring/troubleshooting. SAP SuccessFactors exposure is a strong plus.
• Reporting/data analysis plus strong structured documentation.
• Strong stakeholder/vendor communication, analytical thinking and ability to manage several topics in parallel.
• Strong Excel capability is important; PowerPoint should be strong enough for professional stakeholder updates.
• Profile intent: capable junior-to-mid consultant who can become the operational owner, with senior Accenture + AMS support during transition rather than a fully standalone senior expert from day 1.
