Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MuleSoft/Anypoint integrations between Veeva Vault and enterprise systems.
• Follow established CoE integration patterns, authentication and error-handling standards.
• Configure Veeva Vault-to-Vault connections where applicable.
• Implement solutions based on provided architecture/designs and flag technical risks.
• Perform unit/integration testing and support QA.
• Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain GxP-compliant technical documentation.
• Support Vault releases and integration-related Change Requests/CAB activities.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of IT experience, including 2–3+ years hands-on MuleSoft/Anypoint development.
• Experience with MuleSoft API design, connectors, error handling and CloudHub/RTF deployment.
• Working knowledge of Veeva Vault APIs (REST/SOAP), authentication and data/metadata model.
• Knowledge of API-led connectivity, batch/real-time integrations, pub/sub, retries and idempotency.
• Experience in regulated/GxP environments.
• Agile/Scrum experience, preferably Jira.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams and under architectural guidance.

Nice to have:

• Veeva Vault-to-Vault Connections experience.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD).
• Veeva Vault Administrator certification.
• API governance/management and reusable integration libraries experience.
• Pharma/life sciences CoE or shared-services experience.
