Responsibilities:

• Translate Senior Architect’s platform standards into detailed solution designs for Veeva Vault configuration and integrations.
• Create solution design documents, data flows and object/integration designs for delivery teams.
• Review configuration and integration outputs for architectural consistency.
• Develop and promote reusable design patterns across Vaults.
• Act as the day-to-day architecture contact for Configuration, Integration, QA, CSV/CSA and other teams.
• Support impact analysis, architecture documentation and PoCs.
• Escalate architecture-level ambiguities to the Senior Architect.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years in solution design/architecture roles, preferably with hands-on Veeva Vault experience.
• Knowledge of both Veeva configuration (objects, lifecycles, workflows) and integrations (Vault-to-Vault, MuleSoft/APIs).
• Strong experience creating clear, build-ready solution design documentation.
• Experience in regulated/GxP environments and understanding of validation impact.
• Ability to translate high-level architecture into practical solutions and support delivery teams.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams across India, Prague and US time zones.
• Good judgment on when to resolve issues independently vs. escalate to the Senior Architect.

Nice to have:

• Veeva CoE/shared-platform experience across multiple Vaults.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate or C4.
• Experience building reusable architecture/design pattern libraries.

Preferred certifications:

• Veeva Vault Platform Administrator or vault-specific certification.
• TOGAF Foundation or equivalent.
